Instructions
 

Mix the Dough:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and eggs until smooth.
  • Add the strawberry cake mix and flour, mixing until combined.
  • Stir in the milk until a soft cookie dough forms.

Shape & Roll:

  • Scoop the dough into small balls (about 2 tablespoons each).
  • Roll each ball in granulated sugar to coat.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper and place dough balls 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies look set.

Add the Hershey’s Kiss:

  • Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each one.
  • Let the cookies cool completely so the chocolate firms up.

Cool & Enjoy:
