These OMG Taco Cupcakes are a crispy, cheesy, and fun twist on classic tacos! Made with wonton wrappers, seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, these bite-sized taco cups are perfect for parties, appetizers, or taco night!

Ingredients
  

For the Taco Filling:

  • Ground Beef – Savory and rich base.
  • Taco Seasoning – Adds classic Mexican flavor.
  • Water – Helps mix and distribute seasoning evenly.

For the Cupcakes:

  • Wonton Wrappers – Crispy golden taco shell.
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Sharp and melty.
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese – Creamy and mild.
  • Diced Tomatoes – Fresh and juicy.
  • Shredded Lettuce – Adds crunch.
  • Sliced Black Olives – Briny contrast.
  • Chopped Green Onions – Adds freshness.
  • Sour Cream & Salsa – For a creamy and tangy finish.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Taco Meat – Brown the ground beef, drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and let simmer until thickened.
  • Assemble the Taco Cups – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin and press wonton wrappers into each cup. Add taco meat, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake Until Golden – Bake for 12-15 minutes until the wrappers are crispy and golden.
  • Top & Serve – Let cool slightly, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, olives, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
