Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Rolls:

  • Lay a strip of chicken breast flat, place a slice of ham and cheese on top, and roll it up tightly. Secure with a toothpick.

Set Up the Breading Station:

  • In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Rolls:

  • Roll each ham and cheese chicken roll-up in flour, dip it into the egg, then coat it evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook:

  • For frying: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry each roll until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • For baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake on a greased tray for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway
