Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Cook the Tortellini
  • Prepare tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • 2️⃣ Cook the Beef and Vegetables
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the thinly sliced beef until browned, then remove from the skillet.
  • In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onions, and garlic for 5-7 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 3️⃣ Make the Provolone Sauce
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
